yea CS is one I can't really get behind. But in the last version I heard (the uptempo version) the 'so hungry' part was the one section I actually sort of liked.
I think the band knows the song is missing
something, and that is why they reworked it. It is an improvement but a Tyler Durden quote comes to mind: "You're polishing brass on the Titanic; it's all going down". If an ugly person gets botox or a facelift, sure they may have less wrinkles, but they are still ugly.
I am no DMB apologist. Just try to listen objectively is all.
