In fact it isn't. When it was released you could say that, but at this point i'm not being partial. It's not even one that i listen most.
I just think that it it underrated. If you listen to it carefully, you will see it's a prety solid realease. IMO most people don't listen to it anymore and they keep the judgment hey had 2 years ago.
