I was on the floor in 2012 and it was a good experience, not too over crowded. I do not recall how much of a pain it was to grab a beer or go to bathroom. I believe they had beer stands on the floor in the back if I remember correctly, but that was 10 years ago.
Like others have said, the sound is great. I saw Luke Combs there last November, but he had a rotating stage in the center. So seats didn't matter.
