As a smoker, I do give JPJ a heavily weighted Pro with the smoking balcony. Virginia still cares about us folk occasionally. Also helps that its backyard home venue for me. I love Cville and JPJ will always lead my subjective arena list. MSG followed very closely behind and might lead on non-cville tours for sure.
