The Warehouse Ticketing Department is available via email whtix@davematthewsband.com Mon-Fri and on all show days to assist Warehouse members with all ticketing issues. To ensure a fair experience for all Warehouse members, there is one membership permitted per household. The Warehouse verifies membership data to ensure that all Warehouse members have an equal chance of being confirmed for tickets.

As a benefit of Warehouse membership, members can request a limited quantity of tickets in advance of the public on-sale. The Warehouse cannot guarantee that all members will be confirmed for tickets. The opportunity of being confirmed for Warehouse tickets varies by event depending on member demand. Each event is assigned to a numbered Series (for example Series 1-2022). All confirmed tickets within one Series ship together.

All ticket requests are reviewed for compliance with Warehouse Ticket Guidelines and payment validation. If a credit card declines, the Warehouse ticket request associated is declined. Due to time restrictions of the Warehouse presale, the Warehouse cannot contact the member, nor re-run the credit card.

Ticket requests that are confirmed within the reserved seating areas are entered into a seat assignment process by one of two methods:
1. Utilizing seniority by membership year to determine the order of seat assignments.
2. Utilizing randomization of member requests to determine the order of seat assignments.
Warehouse Ticketing utilizes seniority seating on all single-night events. On multiple night events at one venue, night one seat assignments are random, while night two (and night three, if applicable) seats assignments are by seniority.
