Ballsfest has planned their Saratoga event around DMB weekend for over a decade. They would not announce the date for their event without knowing when the shows are.
Other anonymous sources in the rumors thread were also saying the July 10-11 dates for months, and they're consistent with previous DMB weekends going back to 2016.
