I think just like NCAA we could have a deadline to fill out bracket(s) and then voting begins. A new round each day with a deadline for votes with official round results posted here after the deadline.
If there is a way to show the current standings and be able to track/refresh after we respond to add a bit of suspense.
I don't think we need to submit brackets to anyone or have a "Thread Pool" for anyone to score.
