It's so specific to each individual runner. Even within the same style of shoe like an Asics Cumulus or Saucony Ride which are both neutral trainers the heel to toe offset is different, they fit and feel different, run different. The best way to find what works for your feet and stride is to go to a running specialty store and have someone help you. After that you'll be able to take shortcuts and order online unless you want to make a change to a totally different shoe. It might sound like a pain in the ass but so are injuries, your shoes are the only thing hitting the pavement.
