I'll typically meal plan mon - thurs (sometimes tuesday and thursday are just previous night leftovers though), but sometimes if it's wed or thurs and I don't have any groceries I'll grab a salad or sandwich somewhere nearby. I don't typically call that eating out but I suppose it qualifies
