I understand that and welcome the debate. This country has moved away from some of the collective action that helped make it so successful in the twentieth century. The Ayn Randian free marketers have made many strides in dismantling this progress. I don't see many liberals advocating total centralized government, just rolling back some of the destruction the right has wrought on the nation in the last few decades. This is the pendulum swinging to that end of the spectrum for many Americans after seeing the creeping authoritarianism and reckless self interested corruption that this recent election has bestowed upon us.
