Lunch:
3 eggs whisked with a splash of sherry
generous handful shredded cabbage sautéed
add eggs to skillet w cabbage
put flour tortilla on top of eggs
brush torilla w olive oil
flip and crisp up the tortilla
top w crispy shallots/onions
add sauce (mix of chipotle mayo, agave nectar, and sesame oil)
add a little everything but the bagel seasoning from TGs
roll up and eat
so good, takes like 10 mins
