I was claiming that I did opt out, as 4 out of 6 of my requests all had the opt out option as well as every request I had made in the past. I'm sure that I had this time as well, and was merely requesting to see if they could change my status. But that's beside the point. I'm just trying to figure out how to get back in my account.
