Well Rangers have now won 4 in a row and are back to .500. I am going to the Bruins @ Rangers tomorrow night, so I assume the Rangers will lose tomorrow. Either way, nice come back win last night. Team still needs work, but they seem to be back on a better path forward.

Wings have won 4 of 5 now. Sure a few are crap teams but still 4 of 5. A lot of teams going through crap stretches early. TBL, St Louis, NJD and LA are the only ones who haven't. 82 games might be too long but the NHL sure makes the most of them.

I haven't kept up with the Rangers much, but the Bruins really aren't in a good spot. March and Krecji hurt and its up to young talent and some grinders. Not exactly a winning formula. They almost blew a 3 goal lead in the third, and got lucky it didn't get tied because Granlund couldn't put home a penalty shot.

The Metro is pretty clumped up. We could be 1/4 into the season shortly with 1-7 all within 3-4 points of each other

Had a fun time at the Rangers game last night! We sat a few rows up and to the left of Rask. JV had a fantastic night with two goals. It also must be noted that now that AV is letting Buchnevich play the ice time he should have been playing all along the Rangers have won 5 in a row...

Pumped for the Canes Hawks game Saturday. Treating the whole fam to a nice dinner at the arena club before the game at PNC. Hawks seems to always get beat in Raleigh but Canes play in Columbus the night before so hopefully the Hawks can find some offense. Will be interesting to see the goalie matchup. I imagine Cam gets the start in Columbus so Darling can play Saturday.

Gudas didn’t do anything wrong tonight. Surprised you didn’t like his side hip check. It was close to maybe being dirty. But I didn’t see it as dirty and I’m usually pretty fair. Guessing you would have preferred he laid down on the ice and swung his stick at Wingels face.

I get the crackdown on slashes but vets constantly getting tossed from the dot on a faceoff is infuriating. No idea why they started that bull.

As to the Philly/Chicago game- dammit, that sucked. Hawks are the better team, they just gave Crawford virtually no offensive support.
