i saw the road notes before i saw the setlist. the crew had me thinking it was an out-of-this-world show. then i clicked on the setlist and was like "that's it?!?!?!".

Can anyone tell us what song Dave was referring to in the little Road Crew clip?

"First time I heard that song, I was playin' it and I thought "This is a bad motherfucker right here"... Tastes a little bit funny but that's OK because something's wrong with it. I hope that it eventually effects you in a positive way at some stage"

N1 was kinda like Cville, not anything special, then come back on N2 and be legendary........minus the whole encore deal, which really wasn't that bad anyways

plus what it sounds like some great performances. its a pretty solid show from this years run so far.

i guess i dont understand all the crap this show is getting. maybe if its your 3rd or 4th show, so far, but to top it off, tons of energy and you are in vegas! it seems its too easy to groan about a show sometimes and plan for the net EPIC show

It was actually a damn good show, tons of energy, come on... epic versions of billies, 41, jimi, two step, plus the new stuff... dave played piano...dave solo..

I give the show a 8/10

I think it's completely different when you are there and when you just read a set list.

saw those road notes and thought...last stop??? minarets??? new tune??? that setlist was a complete disappointment. all these big shows get so hyped and then turn out to be nothing great. maybe the energy was high and the songs were played great? i don't know as i wasn't there but i DO know i won't be downloading this show. though last year's night 2 mansfield got completely shit on by everyone and i was there and can say it was a great show. so maybe i shouldn't pass too much judgement...on paper it does look like a dud though.

setlist: 6/10
concert: 9/10

although the setlist had 3-4 songs that were interchangeable, even those songs turned out to be really powerful last night... excluding wayg.

highlights: billies, daves intro to why i am about roi, rhyme, jeff coffin on ymdt and #41, and two step.

overall i have never seen the band have so much fun on stage. they brought it hard last night.

didn't get dreaming tree, recently, raven or blue water... that kind of blows.

N1 over N2 for energy level.
N2 over N1 for set list
PHX sucked! :( crowd was annoying, lame, sitting, the vibe rubbed off.....a bummer for me, i wont do PHX again =/
daves voice was trashed for N2...but it was N2, the last stop.......always enjoyable! :)

I was at both Vegas shows and thought the first one was incredible-- probably the best of the 10 shows I've seen (and that includes last year's SPAC shows)-- and it was all about the band/crowd interaction.

I'm not sure what makes a good or bad setlist, but all the "new" songs were done with style and welcomed with open arms. I frickin' loved every minute.

And I'm glad the crew did too!

I sure hope someone taped...

9/10 (holding back one for the day the WH bumps me up to the front!)

the setlist looks like the rest of spring but being there was awesome. the crowd interaction was great as bamalama said above - go listen to jimi thing especially. really fun to be at but if you sat at home and watched it come up i'm sure it doesn't seem very interesting
