*** Official Europe 2019 ***

Here we go again!!
As shared over in the more general 2019 tour rumours thread, a Portuguese radio has apparently jumped the gun, and announced today that DMB are kicking off their European Tour on the 6th of April with a show in Portugal.
I believe the page has since been taken down, but we should be getting an official announcement with all the tour dates tomorrow!
Happy days...:bounce

I can't get any of the links to work. Has anyone ordered any tickets yet? I don't think it starts until Monday.

Quite a tour! Good for the band, and good for all of you over there across the pond.

So the tour ends in Portugal 4/6, ironically they were both right and completely wrong haha

Kind of surprised at the lack of a show in Dublin. But good for those of you who can make it!

thinking some Italy/Portugal action. Lisbon show is my 40th birthday and have always wanted to see a show there so feels like i pretty much have to do this

Re: *** Official Europe 2019 ***

So happy they’re playing the Apollo instead of the O2 Arena in London! The O2 is too big and the acoustics aren’t great, whereas in the Apollo it’s much more intimate, fairly close to the stage even if you’re all the way at the back, and the sound is much better.
Shame they haven’t pulled a similar move in Lisbon. I realise the Coliseu (where Dave and atom played last year) is much smaller, but the Altice Arena is just crap...

The Wife and I have been looking for a cool 5 year anniversary trip (March). Mexico was too expensive, but Stockholm/Oslo back to back might be doable! Luckily we have lots of family in Oslo.

Would be interested to know how many European DMB fans are on here...23 comments for this today (understanding that we've known it's been coming for some time) seems ridiculously low.

Has anyone bothered to look at the capacity at these venues? I’m seeing 3000-5000 for a lot of them.

2017 D&T Euro Tour our group got on a canference call at 3am Eastern time and cherry-picked all the front row aisle seats for the shows we went to. All the Euro ticket outlets had the pick-a-seat seating charts up immediately...it was pretty easy getting them

Anyone have any advice on how to go about buying these? The sites are all in the countries native languages and being sold during their local times. What’s the best approach to purchase here in the US? Thanks in advance!

No need to panic. I did the Italy leg of the 2015 Europe Fall Tour and venues that size were not much more than half sold.
