True. We shall see what happens. Though Bryz might want to stay in Philly for this game:

While another team could do just fine in TO it better me through relocation. Although I have this fear they want to go to 32 teams.

Yes, add another team in the Toronto area--they still won't win anything.

Put an expansion team there and they'll be better than the Leafs.

32 teams is idiotic. Want a sure fire way to goon up the league? Keep watering down talent. Fucking Bettman.

This league has to worry about the next CBA, not expansion. With all the things that have happened in this playoff, the CBA might even be harder to gain the right approval.

Fuckin' Torres.

I agree. I still think subtract a few teams and that would help the watered down crap.

Rumors out there that AV is done in Vancouver, or will be. Guess Dreger said it on TSN 990 this morning

There's been days where he hasn't practiced at all. It's not irregular. Many people didn't know this fact either that's why it was made into a big deal.

Bryz is starting Game 5.

Seriously. The NHLPA is going to come in guns blazing, but so will the DPS. It'll be the hot button topic. Hybrid icing clearly isn't the solution like they were thinking, it's head shots, not races for the puck.

Torres sent this thing into a whole different atmosphere. The stretcher for Hossa made everyone take notice. This suspension to Torres is going to burn. Problem is, I guess playoff suspensions don't effect their pocket book, in ANY way. Which is why Shanahan needs to make this span into the regular season. Make guys realize that a hit might cost them millions of dollars.

Agreed on point #1.

He should have been gone long ago. Guy is a goon himself. I think that team wins a SC without him, maybe last year, maybe a previous year. Too much talent, but an idiot coach.

healthy he is a our goalie...and he will bounce back...I wouldn't be surprised if this series goes until Sunday, but it's over by then at the latest...need him to keep the Pens under 3 for one of the next two games

Re: NHL 2011/2012 Thread

Not that it matters anymore, but how does the league consider Rinaldo's acts in Game 4 to be acceptable while Asham's hit on Schenn warrants a 4 game suspension? They seemed to be equally vicious with the same intent. I'd actually feel what Rinaldo did was worse, but that's just a matter of opinion.

Rinaldo should have gotten three games (at least the rest of the series and any games to carry over for the next).
