Helm only out for about a week according to Holland. Wings REALLY made out well imo. Guarantee them to the ECF's or beyond? No but neither does what NYR did.

Caps GM doing a press conference currently. Looks like they are officially done. Kinda surprised they didn't look to add another top 6 forward. I know I've beat it to death, but there's a hole there that I feel they should've addressed.

Karlsson is a pretty highly regarded prospect and they turned detroits third rounder into Anaheim's second.

it's a poor return for a team who was expecting to be competitive soon.

Man the stupidity of some people out there. On one article this one dude just kept getting all pissy that the Wings did shit cause Zidlicky and Cole are old. Z still has 23 points on a shit team and Cole has 18 goals and size. Rentals and gave up nothing off the roster or any big prospects or #1 picks. I like these moves and can't wait to see them in action on Wednesday night.

Sounds weird to be excited about a 36 and 38 year old but I am. I think these are nice additions, I know I've said it already, but I'm looking forward to the stretch run and like I said, I get to see them on Wednesday. If they can not get anymore injuries and get Helm back, and if very lucky, get Franzen back? Could be fun. Again, I totally can see them losing in round 1 too, but that's just the NHL. Nothing really against the team.
