It's amazing what happens when you put Brown on the top line with Kopitar and Gaborik. Looks like all lines are finally clicking. Going into tomorrow night with this momentum is huge. They just have to keep playing their style of hockey and we have a chance.

On paper, this is the perfect line. Kopitar is the set up man, Gabby the finisher, and Brown the sandpaper. Nice to see these perfect-on-paper trios actually functioning during a game :thumbsup. Hopefully they can keep it going.

lockman, I shaved the day after the regular season ended. My beard has a slight itch--hope it grows into next week.

I've done a lot crazier things than shave my face to get laid. I can't say I blame ya.

This is the longest I've ever held on to mine. Too late to give it up now.

Anyone else have a good beard going? I'm at about 2 weeks and it's starting to itch.

I'm doing it again this year, last year I had a beard like Zetterberg by the time the finals rolled around.

bonzo48280 04-25-2014 02:37 PM

I did the entire playoff run for a beard in 2010 and I did a 9-week stache last summer. I've for the stache right now. Work won't let me grow a beard

My playoff beard is worse than Crosby, but unless my principal tells me to shave it's staying.

Also, very important question I don't think has been asked:

Is Dick's a sponsor of BJs?

I know mine is

Because it's the Cup!

bonzo48280 04-25-2014 04:54 PM

Backes never had much brain to concuss. I'm surprised he even missed one game.

Last nights game got me really excited but obviously the "too little too late" thought creeped in my head. Sharks won 3 straight against us. It's not impossible to grab two more and force a game 7.

You get to come to our house now.. Sharks get last change and they can roll all 4 lines a lot more at home. Mike Brown can get inside Quick's head again just like Games 1 and 2.. Quick is such a crybaby. :rattle:rattle

Awesome to see the Flyers actually play a complete game. Best of 3 series now and anything can happen.
