The east has been like this all year. Senators were one of the few teams that gave the rangers real problems all year. But I'd be lying if I said I wasn't surprised. I thought this NYR team proved they had the ability to fight through their weaknesses. Not this series.

What stars? Rangers really don't have any...

Konopka has been so big in this series. He's dominated faceoffs in the defensive zone.

Gaborik and Richards are being PAID like stars.

And Queen Henrik, though surely this isn't his fault, has been outplayed this series by a journeyman goalie. He's been real good, just not good enough for a Vezina/possible Hart contender.

This is just not correct. Hank has been great...not his fault they can't score. He still has to be the favorite for the Vez.

His GAA in this series is 1.76, lower than his season GAA. Sooo, I'm gonna have to disagree. Unless you expect him to pitch a shutout every night in which case yes, he's only been real good.

I said he's been real good. Surely this won't fall on him if they don't come back. He's just never put this team on his back and carry them deep like an elite goalie should.

Sorry dude, but you're a fucking idiot with this post. Lundqvist is having a career year, has a 1.76 GAA in the playoffs, and elevated his game this year despite getting some much more needed goal support with Brad Richards coming in.

How? A rupp shove, then a head/gloves to the chest of rupp, then another rupp shove. At the boards and during a line change nonetheless.
