Sloppy first period, Quick's aggressiveness pisses me off at times.

I'm as big a baseball fan as I am hockey. I don't care either way. Sorry.

Well if you are going to have someone score the go ahead goal against you, few are as good an option as Teemu Selanne

Seriously, like I said here before I hate Subban on the ice but I respect him. P.K. off the ice seems like a really nice guy. And his bro Malcolm looked fantastic in the Ahl, can't wait to see what becomes of him.

I was wondering if you went down. I didn't go, I'll be at the home games and I bought a ticket for game 7 at the pond.

I don't think anyone could claim May baseball is any where near as watchable as playoff hockey. But I guess when your team has already been knocked out I could see watching the baseball.

If I had choice of the remote in the office, hockey likely would have been on. But more guys in the office wanted baseball and I'm not gonna complain either way. I'm a huge Phillies fan (more than Flyers actually), and I'm just glad it wasn't the NBA playoffs :lol

I'm probably rather watch preseason hockey than extra inning game seven World Series baseball:)

Baseball can be fun in the playoffs and it's a blast to go to live, but I agree it's basically unwatchable during the regular season on tv

rickyh24 05-04-2014 11:54 AM

Unwatchable :lol it's ok to like multiple sports guys. They are all watchable.

Sorry watching a bunch of dudes stand around isn't exactly thrilling entertainment to me

And I do like multiple sports. Pretty much all of them except baseball

rickyh24 05-04-2014 12:13 PM

Sounds like you don't understand baseball. Which is fine.

Re: The NHL Thread

I used to be a huge baseball fan, not anymore though. Love the NFL, NBA is getting much better, love college basketball, been a golfer my whole life...baseball I just can't get in to anymore.

I'm a bigger Bs fan than a Sox fan, but I think baseball is the superior game.

EDIT: Let's not start this debate though.

No I do understand it. It's just not really my thing. The one sport I just can't get into. It's a blast to go to live though, especially minor league ball

Lockman gets so mad. I guess being a cubs fan would probably turn me off of baseball too.
