I have yet to see him get 'knocked the fuck out' he has gotten hit in the head, and each time has played the rest of the game. ovi takes runs at guys, i guess crosby should do that to make him have balls.

When as Crosby tried to "flex on motherfuckers" and then "gets knocked the fuck out?"

Ovi doesn't have balls at all. Pretty sure Crosby has more fighting majors than Ovechkin.

The only game I saw of Minnesota was when they absolutely dismantled the Canucks early in the season. Obviously Van was struggling at the time, but I believe the Wild had something like 45 shots in that game. Are they for real or do you think they will drop off in the second half?

Hopefully he just needs a breather. Yes Crawford has struggled lately but he's also had very strong games against LA and SJ. The team defense in front of him has been noticeably different the past 2 and a half games, as well. The D and effort was dreadful at the start of that Phoenix game, and then the team gave up 10 shots over the last ~45 minutes while Emery was in net.

Maybe Crawford is dealing with a nagging injury, I don't know. He's looked pretty slow this season but it's probably a good thing that Emery is getting more appearances anyway.

Wow. That's pretty damn impressive. And that sprawling stick save he made to keep it 1-0 was wild. Puck just caught the top corner of his stick with both Malkin and Neal diving in to try to pick up the loose change.

Also....why have the Hawks and Wings not played yet? Only a couple weeks away from the first match-up, though.

If you guys are into the World Junior Championships, my friend Alicia wrote up a preview about them: http://crimespreehockey.com/2011/12/...championships/

EDIT: I don't write for this blog so I'm actually not spamming my own shit for a change

If anyone knows of online resources (like last year), hook us up!

I have no idea why they haven't played yet. Schedule can be weird. The Wings only have one more game against the Wild before the halfway point but haven't played the Hswks, a team they play 6 times a year in their own division.

seriously man, Vancouver just cannot get over us. I believe Dave Bolland made the comments about the Sedin's being "sisters" last summer. :lol

EDIT: nevermind I guess he said it on the radio recently, but still, it didn't come from out of nowhere. Vancouver still sucks.
