I dont know I guess. Estimating 2-2.5 mph???

Shouldnt the FitBit technically just be counting steps regardless of pace?

FitBit? I thought we were talking about the Apple Watch. I'm not quite as familiar with that archaic tech, sorry.

I broke 22k-ish a few times last week, but I havent hit the 30 mark.

I went for a few runs and Im kind of wondering if it really counts all of those steps. I feel like it was made for walking steps, and it doesnt quite keep up with running.

Thoughts?

Honestly, having worn one for over a year now I find it to be quite accurate in terms of steps and distance. You have to remember over the same distance you'll actually take less steps when running vs. walking since your stride is longer. Somehow it always seems to get the distance right tho.

P good..

I loved it. I was totally drained after it ended, but I loved it.

I saw that you weren't as big a fan of the John Cusack, and I've heard other people say the same thing, but I thought both "versions" of Brian Wilson were excellent.

Yea - good point about the longer strides. Distance has been good from what I can tell. Treadmill and Fitbit have been within a tenth of a mile of each other

Oh wow ok, I hope this is true.

Well right now you and Wayne are in the lead just based off your last posts, but there's a lot that can change between now and then of course.

Also just remember, this will not be some h2p style milestone. Whoever get's it will be very very happy.

For a fitbit are your goals based on steps or distance? Does it somehow convert back and forth between the two?

Main goal is steps but it also has a goal for distance, staircases, estimated calories
