I was almost struck dead when I heard Dave play BFI on a loop pedal tonight. I would like to publicly post my cover of Break For it I recorded 5+ years ago just for purposes of relevance and why the fuck not. There’s some similarities from my recording that are cool but nowhere near what Dave does of course, just for fun here 🤙

Is it possible Dave writes better solo songs than he does DMB songs?

Rooftop solo acoustic hits so much different than it does full band for some reason.

Currently listening... it's funny to hear Dave say things like "apparently this was the most requested song"...like he's surprised people want to hear You Never Know. It's like dude, you have an incredible catalog of music that people want to hear...play it.

Minarets IMO is the most underrated song performance, others stand out more but this Minarets is really really good
