I thought it sounded pretty good.

Random thought: I know people like to hate on Butch, but if you listen to early 2001 shows, the Everyday songs sounded like complete crap. They sounded a lot better when he joined, and 2001 could've been much worse if Butch wasn't touring with the band.

The first chord sounds like too much. The too much chords and the tripping billies chords are very close to the same thing.

And even Hartford 2009 was relatively good for 2009.

I really respect sitting during the acoustic set. It's so much more relaxed. If people want to stand that's cool but be respectful of the people around you. In Tuscaloosa everyone in my section was chilling and being pretty cool but this drunk soccer mom was the only one standing and she was on the first row of the section. Her husband very politely asked her to sit and she went into a loud rant about how if she wanted to stand she was gonna stand. Needless to say, she turned into a shitshow and he got fed up with her and escorted her out against her will.

Are most crowds sitting for the acoustic set? I guess both shows I've been to people have stood but seems like some venues have been sitting. Just curious.

I wanted to sit at the shows I went to, but the issue is that people in front of me were standing so I had to stand. I wish everyone would sit down.

I can see sitting for Dave & Tim shows, but the acoustic sets this year have been pretty upbeat (outside of the first 1-2 songs) and include some crowd favorites. Nobody was sitting at the Alpine shows but can't comment on others.

I've heard the tape of the show before, I actually think it's one of the worse shows of 2000. Still, that being said, it's way better than anything these days.
