Whiskey drinker's thread

Inspired by the title of the new album...

What's your whiskey?

Maker's and Weller. None of that Canadian nonsense. If it ain't true Kentucky bourbon, it ain't for me.

Anyone a maker's mark ambassador?

Love me some Makers... got several specialty bottles...

But as far as my bourbon goes... I'll take Knob Creek

knob is good.

My dad has a red, white and blur makers bottle. He won't open it! The wax is too purty.

Well... Other than Real Ale or St. Arnolds or Lone Star (if you're slummin it)...

But we will import some fine Bourbon.

Now, if there's nothing good to be had, we will make it ourselves (see Tito's Handmade Vodka). :)

it's for amatuers. Crown isn't that great, just good marketing. Same as Patron in the tequila world.

But yeah, if it's free, it's for me!

Yes I am!!!!! Are you going to The Thoroughbreds and Redheads weekend?

My Bourbon choices are:
Makers, Four Roses Single barrel, Old Rip Van Winkle, Pappy Van Winkle, Wild Turkey Rare Breed, Blantons, Evan Williams Single Barrel.
In no certain order, just what's in my cabinet.

Whiskey, and Tequila...the two most putrid liquids on the face of the earth. I don't understand how ANYBODY could actually say that these two liquors actually taste good.

I'm sure there are a lot of food/drinks you thing are great, that I would totaly hate on. I for one hate Jagermeister. I haven't had a nice glass of whiskey in a while, I need to stop and pick some up.
