3) for the Lakewood summer show there were pit tickets available during the CITI Presale for several days, and then several pit ticket drops leading up to the show

I put in for $85 reserved on my account as well as my girlfriends. I'm considering canceling the request on my gf account cause I don't want duplicates especially if they could be tough to get rid of

I'm nail biting for these confirmations. Put in for Reserved 1 and they'll probably give me Reserved 17. I'll be in the rafters sharing popcorn with Sting.

I was in the rafters for C'ville N2 2010. Literally the very last row. It was still awesome!

I was in the rafters for my first ever DMB show. I don't remember the view, probably because the band looked like ants to me, but I do remember the setlist kicked ass, and it was the only time I've ever seen Roi in concert (2003).

I still have no idea. I think I want seats, but I'd rather have someone I know sitting with me, and of now, I'm not sure I'll be going with anyone (seeing as boro is 4 hours and away and it will be in the middle of finals week). Have some friends from UGA possibly going, but I'm not sure.

I'm planning on it I just don't want to join, request floor tickets, and get reserved seats. I'm tired of being too far away and I want the full experience of being in the front.

The floor is huge so you gotta get there super early if you do get floor seats.

Planning on getting there between 1-3. I'm still in high school so I have some explaining to do to tell my parents why I'm skipping school when I live an hour away haha.

Yea explaining to the parents could be interesting. What school you go to in Lagrange? I taught at Long Cane two years ago

Got two Ga Floor tickets from WH. Got a couple questions if anybody has any answers.. Will we find out our tickets requested on October 15th? The second question is for everybody.. I read earlier in the thread that this will be the least requested show, I want to know why this is: that being said, where is everybody in here from? I will for sure be waiting at noon, with my hot chocolate and kahlua.

Re: ** Duluth, GA 2012 **

You won't know anything until the 19th. And low demand show/city based on history.

Fixed for accuracy - good question on demand - attended Philipps in 2010 and observed the house to be about 80%. Attended Lakewood last May and looked back at the crowd from the pit - guess is 80% as well. If Phillips is 21k and Lakewood is 19k and 80% of those numbers is around 16k, wouldn't the Gwinnett Arena sell out at 13k? Or am I using DMB math?

<------I'm from Atlanta :confused....where are you from? even more :confused

Re: ** Duluth, GA 2012 **

Thanks, I'm from Birmingham. So if this is a smaller venue wouldn't it be a less likely chance to get the tickets you requested?

Re: ** Duluth, GA 2012 **

Per this from an earlier thread, Lakewood in May was only a few tickets away from a sell out. I would expect the Gwinnett Arena to be sold out and fairly high in demand in relation to capacity.

36 Dave Matthews Band, The Head and the Heart Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood
Atlanta, Ga.
May 22, 2012
$985,161
18,845 / 18,920
1 / 0
$75, $40.50

Re: ** Duluth, GA 2012 **

Went by the venue yesterday after golf. The Holiday Inn - Gwinnett Center is in the same complex, towards I-85 (east), about 300 yards from the venue, so easy walk. We're staying there even though we live about 15 miles away.

The strip mall across the street (Sugarloaf PKWY) is anchored by a Kroger Grocery Store which is open until 1am, so it shouldn't be a problem parking there instead of the venue's parking lot, which is a nightmare getting out of (only 2-3 exits). Didn't see any signs threatening towing, and don't know how they'd tow someone out of a grocery store lot opened until 1am. There's a Frontera Mexican Grill in that strip mall for pre-show drinks/food. Nothing else really walkable other than a Vinny's NY Pizza & Italian Grill just to the west of the venue's parking lot. Everything else would be a drive I think.

haha great sounds like the consensus is WH is unreliable and if you get a GA ticket then get there early. I'll be the one looking over notes for a final the next morning. And I am definitely in for the rail gang.

Emailed Warehouse and they said that they cannot confirm early entry for this show yet.

i know the lumineers are playing atlanta in 2 weeks, so the opener announcement is probably being delayed for conflict of interest, BUT i would LAUGH if the opener is hometown favorite phillip phillips.

If its even available, it's like 15-30 minutes before everyone else is allowed in, sometime around 5pm

i was talking to someone else about this too. Apparently he has a gig in atlanta later that month. I would be okay with it honestly.

When I saw DMB at Vandy in 2009, the first 10-12 rows or so were taken up from early enterers.

Re: ** Duluth, GA 2012 **

I did it for Atlanta this summer we got rail in front of Boyd. 15 minutes later when everyone was allowed in you could still get 4th row center or 2nd row towards the side.
