I live 7 miles from this venue and i'm praying for the SoCal show to be at the Forum.. such a great place to see a show!

Final show at Irvine, no 2017 tour... I am entertaining the thought of coming out for this show now. Being my old 'home' venue would like to be there to see them send it off.

Checking in for the final DMB show at Irvine Meadows. I will not miss the venue, but the Irvine Company needs to get it in gear and follow through with their promise to build a modern venue at the Great Park. As of now, nothing is being done and it could be 5-10 years before we get another venue here.

Not unless the want to deal with the OC Fair and Pacific Amphitheater. Looks like back to LA for all shows, i.e. Forum, Staples, Hollywood Bowl.

I moved out east in 2012, but keep hearing about more and more bands playing at the Forum. Did they revamp the inside? I remember going to Kings game there and it was pretty dumpy, nothing special.

Didn't think about this place and I used to live right down the street. :o

This is also my hometown venue. I've been going to shows at Irvine Meadows since it opened. The show is still 7 months away, but I was thinking of having a big tailgate since this will be the last DMB appearance at Irvine Meadows. Would get things started when the lot opens at 4:00. If anybody is interested in helping or participating, drop me a pm and we can organize something as it gets closer.

Always considered Irvine my home venue. I'll kind if miss it...except the hike up to the lawn. Now I'm in Arizona and I still find my way out to Irvine every year. I like the idea of the Hollywood Bowl taking over though.
