the 63 source I think is better

For a newb at this, if there is a better taping, how/where do i find that?

Well it’s all subjective to your ears.
That said things that will effect the over all sound…
Location
Location
Gear used
Location

You will find that you prefer the sound of say AKG over Scheops (for example).
You may even find you like AKG > m10 but not AKG > mp6ii
You will then (potentially) find that although you normally don’t like Schoeps, that for a particular show you do like it because the locations was better and in turn produced better results.

All that said, you can’t go wrong 99% of the time with any and my opinion above about the 63 sounding better is just to my ears for this particular show.
