Hey. Yesterday a memory of mine popped up on FB of me at Flyers/Devils round 2, game 1. That was in 2012. That was the last time the Flyers were even in round 2.

So, it could be worse......

Enjoy that you won one recently. :thumbsup

I will say, the sting of getting eliminated this year was basically non existent. I’m not happy about it certainly, but it definitely doesn’t sting like it used to

Guys, it may not last TOO much longer, but can I just take a moment and appreciate the fact that tomorrow is May and the Avs are still playing hockey?

[moment...]

Thank you, that was nice.

It's been a long time since we Avs fans have had this moment to enjoy.

Y'know, as much as it scares me to see two 20 year olds paired on defense, it sure is fun to watch Girard and Makar back there together. The fact that we're witnessing an incubation period of what could potentially be our top pair for years to come is very exciting.

I would say worst case scenario would be something like a Jackets vs Blues (or NYI vs DAL) SCF to be honest.

I am excited to see what the Hawks can add with having the better part of 20 mil in cap space available so they can add a D man (if they do not resign Forsling) and make a play at someone like Panarin or Marner since it is doubtful Ward is coming back after they locked Delia up. Lastly, I want them to hang on to Kruger and not let him walk - guy is no star so he comes cheap but he does everything asked of him.

That said they have to be a little careful/conservative and save for signing Crawford, DeBrincat and Gustafsson (or just lock them up now) before they hit free agency after next season.

I won't even guess who they haul with the #3 choice in the draft, can we redo 2017 again, I will take Miro Heiskanen! :lol

Always frustrating to some extent to get eliminated, sucks worse missing the dance though man! That said, it is slightly less stressful watching with no team in the mix (can be more detached) but after 1 or 2 games in a series I know what team I want to win - or what team I want to lose so I might as well be cheering on my Hawks! :lol

Congrats, they have a damn solid team and a rather decent sized window for success. They appear to have Jones a little rattled and if he is off at all tonight CO's reunited top line will devour him.

I think the top lines of CO and DAL are the most fun lines left in the playoffs to watch, so many chances to score!

Hell yeah Columbus - win game 4 at home and wrap up this series on Saturday in Boston!!!!! :multi

That Columbus win was bonkers.

And I will say again, if you are blocking a lot of shots you don't have the puck and are pinned in your own zone.

Missed the games today.

Least shocking thing is Marchand still being a piece of shit pansy.

No idea why he was trying to whine about getting tagged for that cross check, it was plain as day and should have been called regardless of his complaints.

people complaining about Marchand's love tap? he's a pest. He'll get fined. If he's suspended it's a joke and probably the end of the series

If that love tap was his only transgression... it could probably be overlooked. But they may suspend him for all the stupid shit he's been doing (stick stomp, etc.) just to send a message.

My only complaint with Marchand in these playoffs is he is trying to hard to be a pest and not the hockey player we know he is.

no one on the bruins is being the hockey player we know. Pasta, marchand and bergeron have all been useless

Take it from a guy who more often than not doesn't have a team to root for in the playoffs: Let go of supporting a team and just enjoy the game being played. These playoffs are some of the most amazing that I can remember - bask in it, brother.
