Before These Crowded Streets Vinyl

I got this at Virgin Records in Downtown Disney years ago. Played once or twice. Lookin for a little Christmas money. If you have always wanted one, here is your chance!

Dear disappointed true fan,
Rest assured, within the next 18-20 months you'll have the opportunity to buy a still sealed 180g all-analogue cut release of Before These Crowded Streets, cut and mastered from the original analogue stereo master tapes by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman Mastering, for a fraction of the STERLING-cut original. The new pressing will blow the STERLING-cut out of the water.
Sincerely,
Excited, eager vinyl fan

We don't question the doby.

Hopefully the BTCS remaster will not go the way of the Crash. I was looking forward to possibly hearing Crash session outtakes. Though there is one BTCS outtake we are likely assured to not get, but Help Myself, jams, and at least three other tunes could make it.

Sorry, this is a pet peeve of mine...

It's "should've", which is the contraction form of "should have". "Should of" does not exist.

Carry on.

There's a reason Crash didn't have those tracks. Don't worry. Stuff will be heard.

This is why I've been telling people not to waste the money and buy one on eBay right now. The new one is coming, so no reason to shell out 200$ for an older pressing when the newer one will be MUCH better.

Give me a break man, I have a real job! :lol

Really though, I didn't even think to click on it as it was in DMBc, not Poster City, and didn't mention for sale in the title. I figured it was just a thread talking about vinyl, which is mega boring shit to me and is a topic that usually doesn't stir up much moderating-worthy controversy (until someone loses their fucking shit on Doby, of course.)

Oh yeah.... maybe we'll finally hear MacHead when the reissue comes out, even though Stefan was talking about releasing it back in 2010.

Well if Doby said it's going to be heard, maybe there's an outtakes collection in the works. The majority of us here would lose our collective shit. And a very vocal minority would still find a reason to hate on a release with Machead on it :D.

Not me, I've never heard a peep about any release of Crash other than the studio album hitting vinyl.

Watch it be awful and people hate it. :lol

We have built it up like it's Hey Jude or something and it'll probably turn out to be something like Plant Man.

MacHead morphed into Be Yourself. Studio outtakes will have the "machead, machead, madhead, mac HEAD" intro, became "derpa, derpa, derpa, derPA" when finally played live. :)

And for the record, I like Be Yourself musically. Its a pretty decent little groove. But that intro is an all time bad idea.
