Jeff Fisher > than Caldwell. That being said I think Fisher will be off the market if Irsay is holding out to hire a new GM before making a coaching decision. I have heard that Irsay really likes Tressel and I believe that would be a HUGE mistake.

One of my classes uses a forum for some things...and there is a general discussion area to talk about anything. I'm tempted to start a thread called "Teh Creekz" and start clogging it with creeked lyrics.

I'm sure the Colts are gonna get their shot at Fischer before he makes a decision. Irsay is more than likely much further along in this process than he's led on. Keeping Caldwell here covers them on the Rooney Rule right away so they won't have to do much more than call him up to the office, hear what he has to say and then say..."yeah, we're going to go with so-and-so". He wouldn't have dumped the Polians this quickly if he didn't already have a few plans in mind. He's either hunting a big name coach with his preference of a GM or GM with his picking of a coach. Caldwell will possibly be given the option to revert to QBs coach again or be let go. I'm guessing the latter.
