The Caps didn't win that one so I don't know how they are gonna win. Ovie and Semin socred in a playoff game and the same game? Wow.

Tonight should be a good night. Wings with their backs against the walls, will probably score 2 goals total tonight, and Pens as people have said will score and then get scored on. And Hawks Yotes goes to OT.

Pens/Flyers don't play tonight, it's Devils/Panthers.

Not really interested in any games tonight. Maybe watch the Panthers/Devils because I'd really like to see the Panthers move on. Fuck Jersey.

Oh I just assumed they were tonight cause they have played every night the Wings have.

I'd love to see the Panthers win that series. I'd much rather play them than Philly if the Bruins advance.

So did I until I checked the schedule this morning.

2012 Playoff Conn Smythe so far:

Henrik Lundqvist - Without Hank, this series might be 3-0 Ottawa. He's been THAT good in their wins. Is there anything this asshole doesn't have going for him?

Jonathan Quick - For as good as Hank has been, Quick has been right there to match him. He is the reason an 8 seed is up 3-0 on the President's Trophy winner. The President's Trophy winner has never been swept in the first round...could Quick make that happen?

OMGCG - I mean...damn. Dude seems to put up 10 points every game, and got Sidney Crosby to have an EPIC meltdown. Scoreboard: Giroux - 1, everyone else - 0

Brent Seabrook - One of the most underrated superstars in the NHL, he has been the defensive anchor for the Blackhawks. Oh, did I mention the game tying goal in game 1 with 14 seconds left? No? How about his shot being redirected for the game tying goal with 5 seconds left in game 2? Stud.

I think for TV purposes a couple series ended up schedules with two off-days at some point instead of one.

The Bruins and Caps have a 2 day break as well.

Newbies need to learn the srs rules of this thread.

Matty. The Shanny thing with Mr. Chris Lockman was awesomely gold.

:lol at brohan and saying that "this" Caps team, win or lose, wa sbetter and more prepared then the others. So I guess if they lose the next two games, then this team and it's same core of underachievers are better than the ones that at least got to seven games? lollercaps.

Crosby. Cap casualty.

I know it's late on Monday. But bold prediction for Wednesday. The Pens will score first. And in the first 10 minutes.

Caps of the West currently losing. As per usual.... I'd like to see Dan Boyle net an own goal in OT again this year. That was fun a few years back....

:lol I don't know what came over me.

Also :lol at the people taking this thread so seriously. There's a reason the casual-to-non-visitor of this thread thinks it's the worse thread on ants... it's the same reason we think it's the best. :)

Go Bruins. Go Preds. Jonathan Quick for President of the World.

I can just visualize the awkwardness of Bertuzzi folding the table up and rolling it into the locker room as the Preds just stand there and watch.

:lol I was thinking the same thing. I just imagine all these hockey players standing around, dumbfounded. What would've made it better is if Bertuzzi had trouble folding it up while they were all watching.

Backstrom x-check upon further review looks like doesn't land to his body at all...peverly was abel to get his hands up and his stick doesn't touch his body...match penalty will probably be rescinded but i still think backstrom will get a game because of what happened in the pens/flyers game

And then they are all trying to figure out how to fold the table up correctly. Weber takes a side while Bertuzzi takes the other.

That really could've been an awesome thing to watch happen. :lol

This ping pong incident alone, and the hilarity thereof, almost leads me down the pathway of forgiveness for what Bertuzzi did to Steve Moore.

Almost.
