it's weird, you'd think they have the skill to have a great PP, they couldn't even get it past the blue line last night

rickyh24 04-30-2014 06:01 AM

Way to go rangers!!!

and you'd also think after going 0 for their last 18 that the dam will break tonight. should be a fun game 7

Philly really is the worst sports city, everybody in here notwithstanding.

I don't know. I think Zilla is pretty terrible.

rickyh24 04-30-2014 06:17 AM

Are people surprised Philly and New York fans brawled in the uppers? Sounds about right. Also not surprised to see the wardrobe of choice in that video seemed to include sweatpants. I've made the mistake once of wearing opposing teams gear in the uppers of a Philly stadium. Will never happen again.

Wow, just saw the video. What an embarrassment. This is what you get when you place an idiotic cesspool building like Xfinity Live next door to the arena.

the only thing that surprised me is that those aren't $25-$30 uppers. those are expensive seats during the playoffs. well, speaking from someone who sat up there for a bruins/wings game.

also :lol at the flyers fan that had on gray sweatpants hanging off his ass while throwing haymakers. classy bro

:lol is it really that bad? that's what everyone says. Philly is the one major city I've never been to a pro sporting event in.

I have never had an issue when I sit in better seats. The assholes are always in the cheaper seats. They just want to wear their gear, drink and be tools. No interest in the game really.

went to a couple phillies/sox games with ricky and lisa. we sat in nicer seats and weren't bothered. i imagine if we were in the bleachers it would've been a different story

rickyh24 04-30-2014 06:27 AM

I had to leave a phillies game because the bro sitting behind me was flicking my hat off and screaming in my ear the whole game. I wasn't going to resort to starting a brawl like the idiots in that video.

not sure i would've been able to hold off, but if you do anything you'll have a mob on you in 2 seconds and you'll be on deadspin with a bloody face

Eagles fans once ruined a dmb concert for me at Camden because they were chanting eagles all night long. I have disliked them ever since...

When did that fight take place? Why wouldn't the flyers "fans" just tell the kid to look at the scoreboard and stfu?

Yea, 100% of the blame isnt on the sweatpants gang. Im sure those Ranger fans had something to do with it.

They were probably pretty upset when they realized they made a mistake throwing their shoes on the ice after Simmonds hat trick

Pretty sure that's not what he was saying. Poor people don't go to sporting events. They stay home and play ps4.
