I totally want to do a Vegas trip and to be able catch an NHL game while being there would be so cool. My wife always wants to see one of the dumb shows so I can say "You go see that, and I'll go see the Knights."

Planning to go to vegas in october.. totally forgot to look at the schedule. Theyll be home when Ill be there, but im not sure if catching a hockey game with an expansion team vs the Bruins during a 4 day vacation is really something I wanna do.

My wife has wanted to go to Vegas for quite some time as she has never been and I went for my bachelor party so I don't think I can go. :D

But finding out when the Islanders are there and taking her then if the date works isn't the worst idea.

My wife would love a Vegas trip, especially one where I fucked off for a little bit to see you guys and she could do her own thing for a minute

We just booked a trip for two on one of those timed deals.. 4 days in a king room with direct flights both ways from pittsburgh for like $640 total for two people, staying at the Monte Carlo on the strip.

Buddy and I were looking into doing Phoenix and then Vegas on the back to back nights in February when Flyers are there. But I'm giving it a year to see where our family funds are with tax return and stuff since we added a new baby and are first time home buyers. Really want to see how the finances shake out before doing an "unnecessary" trip/expense. 18/19 season I think I'll definitely go somewhere for back to back games though.

We're planning on going to vegas when they play the Avs on Oct. 22. They'll probably give away tickets to that game.

Would love to meet up with you guys there, although I'd be a little nervous exposing my family to some of you people.

Happy Birthday today to one of the greatest players to ever play the sport. This guy has proved time and time again to be the greatest player of his generation at such a young age. He is already on pace to be a HOF caliber player and hopefully will go down as one of the greatest ever. It's such a pleasure and breath of fresh air to watch him dazzle.
