Yeah, Patrick coached him in Juniors and he's friends with Varly. Varly said recently that Radulov is ready to and all Roy has to do is call him and make the offer.

Of course, do the Avs really need another forward? Ha! And to fit him in cap-wise with the upcoming signings they have will be difficult. Ironically, it might take moving someone like Varly to make it work.

Caps will be down 3-1 in the series by then so your mind might not even be on game 5.

It's so annoying when two things converge like that.

Ugh. This post sucks.

Because it's true.

I know. :shrug

Ideally: Caps game at noon, nhl thread meat up at 3, DMB show at 8. But I'm at the mercy of the nhl schedule gods. Could easily be a 12pm, 3pm or 8pm puck drop. None of those times would surprise me.

First want to say that I hope the Caps are not. I don't want the Pens to win, they have a Cup. Want new blood.

To the schedule, my guess is 3pm. I'd guess them at 3, Blues and Stars at 7 or 730 and IF there is a game 5 for Sharks (which I expect one), probably 9:30 or 10 depending on when the Blues and Stars play.

12 or 3 would probably work okay as long as you're meeting at a bar with a TV. 8:00 would be the worst. I can never get cell service at concert venues.

He delivered a late hit to the head. Similar of Orpik's hit.
