As I wrote in the post above, the rip I captured was not processed at all. Since they involved Rob Evans in the SiriusXM mixing, quality of the source improved a lot. Therefore, the source I captured sounded quite clean, and usually I set the volume of the capture low enough to ensure that no clipping occurs. Now, you can find that this raw capture is not loud enough, I also like it a but louder.
So, today I worked a bit on gain, with a limiter, and since I was there, I did some minor processing on EQ, stereo image and compression. I set my target to make it sound a bit warmer and louder. I am putting this second version at the same link, in a subfolder called "remastered". Give it 30 minutes to upload it. You can therefore stick to the raw capture or to the remastered version, it is up to you.

All the files in the Remastered folder display as 'undecrypted file' for me and when I hover over a file a message reads 'This file will be decrypted as soon as the cryptographic key becomes available (when the share creator logs in again).'

Am I doing something wrong? Do I just have to wait?

Love the remaster. Sounds fantastic with the boosted volume. That's how I like my shows! Excited to listen to N2 and N3 and will hope the same volume remasters will be done as well. Thx for your hard work Xcacel

Xcacel, you remain the absolute best.

Listening to N2 now and have to say:
1) this is the coolest shit "DMB" does. we dunk on them a lot for not treating fans as well as other bands, but the soundboards of these shows two years running is a real treat. Especially since apparently you have to go to Mexico to see half of these songs (which is insane)

2) this crowd is so bad its astounding. I went to Phish the weekend after and it was nothing like this. who are these people flying to Mexico to scream at Dave and talk over everything? - not saying the full crowd, but definitely a higher percentage than I'd expect. This is probably why they do so few dave and tim shows nowadays

Listening to some of N2 while watching March Madness, seems to be the same one guy over and over "Dave you're a sexy motherfucker!!! Wooo!!! Wooo!! Sexy motherfucker!!!" gets annoying. Right side of the mix, especially at the beginning of Warehouse.

Whose crowds are worse in your experience? I feel like it's the same people at DMB and D&T shows, you can just hear the assholes more clearly because it's an acoustic show.

There's different reasons why crowds can be bad, there's pretentious crowds, political MAGA crowds, list goes on and plenty of variety. Most of the people I've met at shows are nice and down to earth, there's obviously family types and frat bro types that are annoying. Going to The Gorge this year and looking forward to meeting people as it was a very welcoming crowd the last time there, just like SPAC has been, MSG, more local shows for the most part.

so annoying to listen to that, and to the people saying the crowds got better after N1, definitely doesnt seem to be the case. Cant imagine paying that much money to have to deal with that.

It’s not difficult to see Dave in Europe if you plan and budget properly.
