Wow that would have been a dreadful deal. Saad is tearing it up in the OHL right now. This guy could look real good riding shotgun with Toews & Kane next year.

Hawks survived an onslaught from the Rangers there....yeesh. Defense is still very, very soft. Don't understand why we just give the guys on the point a day and a half to decide what to do with the puck.

the Rangers have 12 shots through 2 and have been on the PP a whole lot, and they are losing almost every board battle aside from the last 3 minutes of that period. I think you just come in here to mess with me.

Hey, freak game. 4 goals on the first 7 shots. The rangers played a strong 40 minutes to finish the game. Let's shit on Columbus Sunday.

Not saying that the Hawks weren't good tonight. They were. Played a really strong game and didn't give the Rangers too many good lucks in the 3rd. Still, the defense on that 1st NYR goal was pretty soft. You can just admit it.

Still don't know what to think about Crawford. He made some big stops throughout....but he was totally confused on the no-goal-that-almost-was, and that 2nd goal was pillowy soft.

The Blackhawks had 0 giveaways, 9 takeaways, only allowed 12 shots through 2 periods in which they had a total of 14 penalty minutes, were 7 for 7 on the PK, and even after a total of 16 penalty minutes...still held the Rangers to only 2 goals. I have 0 complaints about the teams defense tonight. Little mistakes here and there are going to happen, if you aren't happy with their defensive play tonight, I honestly don't know what you expect out of them.

Obviously this is one of those "time will tell" deals, but unless they win the Cup, this was a bad deal (stating the obvious).
