Anyways, looking like the Moore/Bertuzzi case is close to being settled out of court. Crazy to think that was 10 years ago.

Figured it wouldn't go to trial. I don't think either side wants it to go there and have all the mudslinging that would go down both ways. Plus what was Moore asking? $68mil now? He had to know that wouldn't happen and if you lose, you get nothing anyways other than court costs so take what you can get.

Me too. Especially Bertuzzi, who you know is trying his best to just move on.

Moore had to know he wasn't getting that much, but the more you demand, the more you'll probably get in the end. Even if it's not as much. It's like that episode of the office where Michael wants a raise. Jan tells him she can't give him like 10% straight up, but if he demands something crazy like 20% they can "settle" at 15%.

Oh I totally get it. NHL has some dark moments but I'm not sure there is one worse than this incident. Ended a guys career without ever knowing what he could have done/been and well actually essentially ended Bert's in a way too. He was never the same player after that.

rumour has it that NHL 15 on the next gen consoles won't have GM connected and EASHL.

Upper bowl row 5 behind the net Wings shoot out twice, and close to the main exit. lol The last part is the most important. Was on the opposite side of where we needed to be when I was there against the Habs and 20k and most going out the same exit...that sucked.

I'm canceling my preorder. It's unacceptable for all those modes to be on last gen but not current gen.


Was really excited for some next gen eashl too.

I will also not be buying NHL15. EA really screwed this up. 2 years to develop a complete next gen hockey game. All this time and they were able to include fans in the crowd taking selfies, but not EASHL and GMconnected. Fail

Yeah I definitely won't be getting it. I will be getting FIFA though. If you guys are in on that we should look at putting a club together. I have one now on FIFA 14 for the XBone with some buddies. It's actually quite a lot of fun.

Once I started eashl every other mode just wasn't as fun. Something about actually having a team of 6 on the ice is just awesome. Instead of just a bunch of awful ai skating around.
