FYI, Flyers fans were booing because they thought White was getting a penalty. He had a ref draped on him for a good thirty seconds after the play stopped.

The fact that Holtbys career GAA in the playoffs is so good just goes to how terrible the caps offensive has been during that same time.

Yeah, his numbers are amazing. Has to be an very early Conn Smyth contender. The Caps are just grinding the Flyers out of this game in a methodical fashion.

Bad hit for Bellemare who clearly wasn't looking to do that. He's not that type of player and you could see it in his body language. Deserves the 5 and 10.

Hit was completely unnecessary. Orlovs numbers were always facing Bellemare he needed to not make that hit

5 power play goals in one game. Damn. Lot of odd things in this game, starting with the fact that I cannot recall the last time I have seen a team rack up 3 penalties in under two minutes. I have no idea how or why they keep giving Ovi that shot that he put in almost all the damn time. Good to see Orlov back on the ice. Sucks for the fans, personally I would have kept that Snider bracelet in a heartbeat, it is a piece of NHL history and some of these dopes are throwing them on the ice - just glad no one got hurt. Also feel bad for Mason, he is playing well but getting almost no support and it seems like they are always killing penalties.

Completely agree with that. The Yankee fans who pulled that shit at the Stadium used to drive me nuts before they added more security and started tossing out the jackasses.

On a lighter note, shame they are in different conferences because the Flyers vs the Wild would be a great first round matchup!

Maybe it's a bit of the Flyers PK being awful, but the Caps PP looked lethal. The Flyers could not ever clear the puck.

I'm beyond surprised Orlov was smiling minutes after it happened. Head went straight into the boards. Thankful he was good after the hit.

Hopefully Orpik is alright. He was out of it being helped off the ice
