Yeah, I don't want to come off as a downer about it. I mean, an NHL rookie just scored FOUR goals in his first NHL game. It should definitely be celebrated and I hope those in Maple Leafs nation allow Matthews to continue to grow in a positive environment.

Oh, for sure. I'm ready. Halak owns the Queen in this matchup. JT has his 2 new wingers (yes.....Chimera starting on his wing tonight). The kid Beauvillier (thanks Edmonton) starting on the 2nd line. Looking forward to seeing what the team looks like.

I'd rather see us meet in a month when both teams have gotten the kinks out and settled in. But bring it.
