Sounds like no Crosby or Letang so easy for the Flyers today. The way Wings have started this one they don't seem to want it too badly. A NYR team with key guys out and doesn't really need the points is outplaying them. Pathetic. Could be Flyers and Bruins in.

Yeah, I was shocked to see the Wings wake up like that myself. Bruins took a dump today but Phillie cannot solve the Pens so far and it will not be any easier going to visit the Islanders tomorrow.

Or when a game comes down to a shootout and you keep your top goal scorer on the bench in favor of a defenseman, you don't deserve to be in the playoffs.

The bright spot with missing the playoffs is they hopefully realize their system sucks.

Sucks to lose a game like that when you take a 3-0 lead into the second period only to lose it 5-4 in OT but it was great to see Crawford back in net. Chicago sort of shot themselves in the foot by giving both Toews and Hjalmarsson the nigh off while still not having Shaw, Hossa or Anisimov back also with Keith having one more game remaining on his suspension. Game didn't really mean shit anyhow though, they were not catching Dallas or St Louis. Real season starts this week and hopefully we everyone is healthy for game one against St. Louis.

Pretty sure Kane locked up both the Art Ross and the Hart with 2 goals and an assist and Panarin locked up the Calder with 2 goals and an assist.

Yep. We need 2 points today to play the Pens. Otherwise, it's the Panthers. I don't there was a meaningful check last night so I expect more ice capades tonight.

Really surprised the Raggies came to play unless it was the wings who didn't though they got a lot of shots.
