Thoughts and prayers tonight have to go out to another famous saxophonist, Clarence Clemons from the E Street Band

I heard about Clarence Clemons' death and immediately thought about the beautiful music LeRoi and Clemons were making with some of the all-time jazz greats they were influenced by.

Always missing the legend. Just for anyone interested, I made a tribute page back when I heard the news, lost the page, and now found it again; just a little collection of images and things written about LeRoi by various people around the world. The link is: http://dmbfansite.org/biographies/tribute/

Kit Kat Jam....#34....so many others...jeez, just such a loss for this community and the music world. I'm a relatively new member here and haven't had much time to read through this thread, but I plan to. Miss you Roi...bless you and rest in peace.

Reading the chapter in "so much to say" about roi. I can't be thankful enough that I was blessed with being able to witness the legend himself. I'll never forget the first time I hear #41! it brought a tear to my eye.
Any suggestions for downloads to remember the brilliant man?
