I'm waiting to hear back from the Flyers ticket rep as to when playoff tickets go on sale--that should give us an indication of when Game 1 is.

Pens already announced their playoff ticket sales, no mention of the date.

Jesus Christ. My goalie is a fucking nut job, too, but most of them are.

Also, what the hell is this shit? "He will serve his jail sentence intermittently on weekends". You can do that?!

This is crazy. But like Chris said, if anyone on my team was going to do this, it would definitely be my goalie. Those guys are all whack-jobs. :lol

Yes. Jayson Werth did this two or three years ago for a speeding ticket.

The only difference between this and what Duncan Keith did was the size of the stick

I watched the entire game, even had to rewind quite a few times. MAF played damn solid IMO.

He stuffed Panarin on a breakaway.
He stuffed Hossa on a breakaway.
He stopped Kane on a point blank chance.
He stopped Toews on a point blank chance.
He stopped Panik on a point blank chance.

I am surely forgetting other great saves he made but I believe I have made my point. I thought he played damn good and if he was not on top of his game the Hawks would have scored 7+ goals.

He may have. But this is the same 'franchise goalie' that lost his job to a rookie and never won it back. That isn't a sign of an elite goalie. MAF is done.

If you disagree, whatever. But you can call a goalie elite when they lose their job to a rookie

I do not mean to harp on you but the Caps playoff failures are hardly Holtby's fault. With the offense they have the Caps should be putting up 3 or 4 goals a game to get Holtby some wins, additionally the Caps defense doesn't exactly do Holtby any favors in the postseason.

i don't remember anyone in here ever calling MAF "elite" so you are just arguing with yourself

don't blame you though since that's the only time you ever win an argument

MAF was elite for a good stretch of his career. Don't think that's debatable

Then how do you explain MAF losing his job to a rookie, yet Supposedly Penns fan say he's doing great and all his goals aren't his fault?!?

Flyers may just sneak in. That game against the Bruins that they lost in the last few seconds may end up being the difference in not making it though
