2023 Ticket Requests/Confirmations Thread

New year, new thread.

Re: 2023 Ticket Requests/Confirmations Thread

FYI regarding the Premium Packages:

Quote:

The OPT IN for regular event consideration on the WPP request is not currently available. You can although place both a WPP and regular event request as stated in the Warehouse Ticket Guidelines. >
WAREHOUSE PREMIUM PACKAGE 2023 During the ticket request period you may request both Warehouse Premium Packages as well as regular event tickets. Both requests will be considered. It is possible to be confirmed or declined for both WPP & regular event tickets. If this occurs, we offer a ticket forum to sell back your extras; the Warehouse BOARDS ticket forum (all sales face value).
In years past, if not selected for Premium you could opt in to the regular ticket lottery. This year, it's premium or nothing, unless you request both, in which case you could end up with more tickets than you need.

do you submit a request for each show individually and then go back choose your priority? or is there a way to add shows to a cart and just submit one request?

Thanks - was wondering about this.

It's fucking wild that you can request 8 seats in the balcony at SPAC. And apparently that's not even a mistake, that's what they intended to do.

Hardest ticket on tour, highest maximum for seats? Why?

Re: 2023 Ticket Requests/Confirmations Thread

I'm thinking about going premium only with reserve opt out for Charleston and Forest Hills. I'd prefer to be down in pit for these and if I don't get it, I'd rather take my chances with ticketmaster (pre-sale and public) and on the boards/cashortrade, instead of getting a random shitty seat assignment. I would then try to trade down to regular pit if I could find someone interested in getting all the premium swag or sell off as much premium items as I can. Is that a crazy thought?

Same here . I'm requesting premium Pit for both nights and opting out of seats .

Considered jumping back in to see the band this year but…

$150+ Fees per ticket and you can’t opt out of lower levels?

Get. Fucked.

Can someone confirm if having a different address on my payment method vs. home address will impact getting charged/processed?

Anything about seniority on two night stops? N2 being seniority or something? Did I just miss it?

Re: 2023 Ticket Requests/Confirmations Thread

First timer here. Joined the Warehouse back in September and am now looking at the ticket request portal. Is there any point in requesting for venunes other than, say SPAC or Forest Hills? I don't mind where I am sitting as long as it is not the lawn. I had no issues getting tickets thru the Ticketmaster sale the past two years of DMB concerts and the Warehouse prices seem kinda nuts...

I am not sure I follow your question. You can set your "billing address" on the credit card/debit card company's website. Set it to whatever you want and make sure the billing address you use when requesting tickets matches how you have it said on the debit/credit co website.

Or are you asking if having a shipping address that is different from the billing address is a problem?

"The level a member is confirmed in is random for all events, although seats are assigned using seniority for all events except for night one of a multi-night stay at one venue."

Found it in the Guidelines.

Apologies, I didn't word it the best. But, your second part. I wouldn't think it's a problem but with the WH I honestly don't know. :lol

Thank you!

Almost all, if not all, venues with a lawn have an option to "opt out" of consideration for the lawn. If you don't mind where you sit as long as it is not the lawn, than you have the following to balance:

WH request gives you a chance at getting really good seats or even pit, but also crappy seats (but not lawn since you can opt out of it). If you are ok with this risk, you should request through the WH. Worst case, you can try to sell the seats and/or still try to get good seats through ticketmaster.

I would almost guaranty that this would not be a problem - there is a reason they are giving you an option to insert a billing address AND a shipping address. But if you want to be extra safe, either email the WH or just match the shipping address to the billing address during your request and change it after confirmations are posted (which you've always been able to do).

Super helpful, thank you! Guess I'll be trying the WH and seeing if I get lucky for SPAC, but from what I am reading it seems that is a crapshoot

If you can afford it, request premium seats and regular seats with lawn opt out checked. It will give you the best shot at seats and it is extremely easy to sell SPAC seats that are not lawn.

Can anyone speak as to what to and what not to request for Riverbend? Trying for the first time under the pavilion and it seems like some of the Reserved 2 seats have obstructed views

N2 has been seniority the last several years. N1 would be random. Allegedly.

TM might have mobile entry only - where as w/ WH you can get a physical copy of the ticket

IIRC - Warehouse might work out to be a little cheaper especially if you order more than a couple tickets per series (I believe their “convenience” fee is less per-ticket than TM).

Grrrrr! Every time I leave the page a couple hours and come back, my Priority selection is gone! I check it, log out, come back to it, it's fine. Wait 3 or 4 hours and look again, it's gone.
