Dreaming Tree video is atrocious with the drunk people roaring talking all show.

Mexico seems like a good place to see a bunch of rare songs but overall a miserable experience if you are there to enjoy the actual show. Dave and Tim here isn't that much different though, the 2017 amphitheater tour was the same type of crowd but this may be even worse.

I get he might tease a song like this very early in writing it and that can be a cool thing to do but that doesn't even seem like the case here. Just a D- effort in songwriting.

We don't need a song like this on an album. It just seems like a wasted spot. There are way too many Dave solo songs on recent albums, and almost all of them are skips for me.

Main reason I haven’t gone. I’ve vacationed in Mexico and the American tourists I’ve seen there are like 99% drunk bros and woo girls. Adding in the illustrious DMB FaMiLy to that crowd? Yeah that’s a big no from me dawg

Although, I get it. Most of the US are freezing their balls and tits off right now. Plop them in Cancun with 90 degree days, booze, and a beach and it’s a recipe for getting hammered. Haha

I personally can’t afford a trip like that at the moment. And even if I could, I would not simply base a trip around concerts. If I was rich? Sure.

All I know is Chad nailed it with his post a few days back about there always being a 'change the world song' on the album. This could be it. Although I really hope it's not.

Don't delay the album for this to be put on it. Save it for a Dave solo record. Only one of the new songs I actively dislike.

The Dave-a-Tron 2006 is a machine invented by Professor Capshaw to create the lyrics of all new Dave Matthews songs.

Its functionality is severely limited, much to fans anger, as they complain on Antsmarching.org after absurd songs like Come Tomorrow, Plastic Girl and Be Yourself are written calling it a "worthless hunk of junk".

Written in jest. The man is still a badass. Not all songs are winners. Maybe he just needs a producer/band mate/close friend willing to tell him that.
