Really hoping Sharks win tonight and Phoenix loses. I'm sure we'll crash out in the 1st round but home ice would give us a much better shot of doing any damage..

1-0 Yotes. Another reason that series would benefit Hawks is basically having 7 home games with the pro-Chicago crowd out here. That and I want to be able to go to the games haha.

So annoyed with NY right now. Giving me absolutely no confidence going into the playoffs. They can dominate the puck but no one on this team seems to be able to find the back of the net. Embarrassing final two games.

Just ordered my tix for Game 2 in PHX. Same seats 5 rows off the ice I was in for the game in October, can't wait for this. Going to be funny seeing Yotes fans attempt the white-out with all the red hawks apparel in the stands.

must relay my poor brother's loss in our fantasy hockey leagues finals last night. Going into the 2 late games last night, my brother was up 1 in assists. We have 11 categories and the score was 6-5. My brother had Henrik Sedin, Clowe, Marleau and Edler and the other guy had Doughty and Bieska going. I went to bed knowing he was up 1 in assists and he was in good shape. Odds were his 4 guys would have more assists than the other guy's 2 dman. Well Bieska had an assist and his guys went assist-less and so they wound up being tied in assists which made the final score for the finale 5-5-1. The first tiebreaker is points and the other guy had more goals so he won the league by 1 assist. Happy Easter...lol.

Hoping the Flyers start Thursday. They should because the arena football team has a game in Philly next Sunday. So Wed/Fri/Sun wouldn't necessarily work. Thurs/Sat (NBC I would presume)/Mon and so on.

NSH over DET in 7 games

I don't see any of these series being a sweep and really the only confident pick I have in the punch is the Rags over the Sens. I decided to go with an upset in Florida because they are a lot better than people give them credit for and should make it interesting.

Senators have given the rangers fits this year. Probably the worst matchup that could have come from yesterday's games.

I said they were all toss ups. I can't pick against the Flyers, but in all honesty I know that game is impossible to pick accurately without bias playing a part. As for the Boston/Washington pick I am hoping that me rooting for the Caps works against them and also I'd much rather Washington still be alive in the playoffs that Boston.
