Gaborik could actually be a really good fit in LA. Obviously he's fragile, which makes him a risk for any team, but he's a pure goal scorer, which is just what LA needs.

Pending trade call, sounds like BUF sends Brayden McNabb and two 2nd round picks to LA for two prospects – one of them Hudson Fasching

I wonder if one of those picks is coming to Columbus for Gabby.

Holland sounds like something might be up to something depending on Helmer and Pavel. Maybe Kesler is in play for them.

I'm guessing the lack of activity today is mostly due to high prices for guys like Vanek and Kesler, and that's why guys like Legwand are suddenly coming into play here at the end.

This could also encourage prices to be lowered for the aforementioned big names, as GMs don't want to see potential trade partners jump out of the running after snagging a cheaper prize.

If Vanek or Moulson don't get moved that's all on their GMs.Legwand I could see coming here. Would be cheaper but a rental which Holland said he didn't want.
