Apparently the US does not grasp the concept that it is far easier to score if you actually take some shots on a power play.....

I swear, all the US has done on the PP is pass it back and forth at the point and dump it around the boards.

If they can't do anything hard to make the PP do much of anything. They are your quarterbacks. With the saves Price just made, I'm not feeling confident right now.

They have no shot. These Canadian PK-ers are magnificent at clogging every lane applying pressure without getting out of position. I haven't seen technical penalty killing this good in, like, ever.

Usually, as the two top guys in a PK box, you give the points a bit of room so you can clog up passing lanes in the slot. These guys manage to do both. Damn.

This is just like 4 years ago. USA has so much offense going into the gold medal game and can't generate much against Canada.

Canada's back-checking this game has been a serious issue for USA as well. Literally every time up the ice there's someone skating hard from behind.
