I'm only laughing to not cry. A wake-up call is needed. A big one. There is no reason for the team to be performing this way. They want help on defense? OK. O'Reilly for Yandle. Straight up. It would suck to lose ROR, but if that's what it takes to give these kids the jolt they need and address a deficiency on defense, so be it. And do I think trading/acquiring one player is going to magically fix everything? Nope, but I do think the Avs have found themselves sleepwalking and need something to wake them up. A trade would certainly wake them up. |

The coolest thing about sitting that close...
Stamkos's shot is FUCKING INSANE. Holy balls. He had a one timer on the PP that I LITERALLY had a front row seat for and jesus titty fucking balls it was like a god damn missile. You see these guys bring it on TV it's one thing, or from the 300 level...but right up close and I seriously have no idea how anyone in their right mind would try and block that thing. |
Toronto cheating. Fucking Canada.

Man, it is crazy to hear that Perry and Beauchemin have the mumps. As a pharmacist for almost 20 years now, I have never heard of someone having it.

Some of my favorite tweets I've ever read are the ones immediately following his trade to Florida, when he found out he'd be playing with Tim Thomas. |
