Misc thoughts as I sit here waiting for my car's oil change.

Flyers will find a win to win one of the next three. Logic says the PIT game. But I'll say it's tonight in Dallas.

Zetterberg is such a special player. Watched the 4 assists from last night. Wow on a couple of those.

Matty - goaltending issues. Reminds me of flyers in 2010. You'll be ok. That offense will click and win you the games to keep you in it.

It's too hard to score goals in NHL 15. At least online versus I mean. And puck control is still way too high. Bump a guy pretty good and doesn't lose the puck? Fix it!!!

I really, really love this Dallas team. Jamie Benn is awesome.

Mario has always been my favorite non-islander ever but he is such a damn hypocrite. He allows this pos Downie to be brought in after all his complaining he did about the islanders after that brawl game a few years ago. You're a joke. Man, I am all fired up now.

Hope we can tie it up on this pp.

2-0 weekend and 3-1-1. Not bad with no Datsyuk yet.

I was very impressed with Benn in the Pens game. Dallas looks very solid.

Good call me! Feels nice to finally have a W. Team doesn't give up will give them that. They don't play a full 60. But they don't give up.

Some great games on tonight!

Also, the ring is gigantic. After seeing it in person though, I do like it a lot better than the first ring.

Can't believe Flyers pulled off that win. Didn't watch the whole game, only bits of the 3rd.

Real rude that you never bring Dustin to the Irvine tailgate...I mean that would be really fun regardless of team allegiances

Man HNIC is bad right now. Ron should still be hosting and who was the AHL quality announcer doing the late game?

I still don't know how the Flyers pulled that off last night.

11 of LA's 14 goals this season have been scored by Pearson, Carter or Toffoli. 12 of 15 if you count Thursday's SOGWG.

That 70's Line!!

Any of you former NHLer's have FIFA on XBone? I'm looking to put together a team. I rock ST or CAM in a 4-2-3-1 formation that seems to work well. Open to other options though.

Would be cool to try and put together a fairly large club.

Great story on Hamonic, highlighting the E:60 piece espn did last week. I never knew he did this and it is nice to see a positive sports story.

So now it's spreading to the NHL. LA Kings D Slava Voynov suspended indefinitely over investigation of domestic violence.

Apparently, the good values and all about family atmosphere is not completely true, at least in 1 case.

Glad NHL is stepping up and suspending him right away. Still in the payroll though. Fucking dirtbag.

2nd instance in a year's time. Glad the NHL got involved right away, unlike last time.

Particularly in sports where there are just only so many things to talk about. Media loves finding a story, getting him suspended and away from the team allows the team to focus on what's important.
